We ship our products via Japan Post's EMS service. Due to circumstances such as war and conflict, shipments to certain countries are not possible.
Currently, Japan Post has suspended international mail delivery to destinations such as Russia, Ukraine, and Israel.

The ordered products will be properly declared to the customs authorities of the destination country.
Please note that depending on the purchase amount, Value Added Tax (VAT) may be applied.

All records are shipped in record mailers with solid cardboard and bubble wrap and in plastic sleeves.

Records will be shipped using Japan Post's EMS (Express Mail Service).
EMS (express mail with tracking and full insurance) requires 7-14days to arrive.
You can find information about EMS and the shipping fees on the Japan Post website.

The shipping fee is calculated as follows:

Each single record is counted as 250 grams in weight.
A double record (2 LPs) is counted as 500 grams.
Your records will be shipped in a special cardboard box called a "Mailer Box." (The weight of the Mailer Box is 250 grams.)
The total weight for shipping is calculated by adding: the weight of the first item (250 grams) + the weight of the Mailer Box (250 grams) + (the number of records you buy x 250 grams).

When you register your shipping address and country, the total amount, including the price of the records and the shipping fee, will be automatically calculated by our shopping cart system.

Please be aware that depending on the purchase amount, your country's customs may charge you a Value Added Tax (VAT) upon delivery.

When you pay, the price will automatically be converted to your local currency.

We always declare the correct value of the items when we ship your order. We cannot understate the purchase price.

EMS includes a tracking number and insurance.

Q: What is your record grading standard?
Our grading is similar to the commonly used Goldmine Grading Standard, but we are quite strict! Our EX+ (Excellent Plus): This condition means the record has minor surface scuffs but plays without any major issues. Please note, you might hear some very faint dust noise. Conditions below EX+: These records may have light surface noise. We generally don't recommend these for our international customers.
Q: Are the product photos on your website actual pictures of the records?
The jacket and label photos on our website are samples only and not of the exact record you will receive. If you'd like to see actual photos of the jacket or label for a specific item, please contact us, and we'll be happy to take new pictures and send them to you by email. Please understand that for sale items or very low-priced records, we might not be able to provide extra photos.
Q: How do you describe scratches or dirt on the record surface or jacket?
Any specific conditions about the jacket or label are mentioned in the "Comments" section of the product description. If you need more detailed information about the record's surface condition, please reach out to us via our "Contact Us" page.
Q: Is the audio sample on your website recorded from the actual record for sale?
No, the audio samples on our website are not recorded from the actual record you are purchasing. We use pre-recorded audio samples for convenience.
Q: Do any records have warps that affect playback?
We generally do not sell records with warps that interfere with playback. If a record has a minor warp that does not affect playback, we will clearly mention it in the "Comments" section.
Q: How can I tell if a record is an original press or a re-issue?
All 12-inch singles we sell are original pressings. If we happen to sell a 2nd press title, we will always mention it in the "Comments" section. We do not sell bootlegs or pirate pressings.
Q: Since these are used records, are they cleaned before shipping?
Yes! All records we sell are carefully cleaned before shipping. We want you to enjoy playing your record as soon as it arrives!

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

Q: How are records packaged? Do I need to worry about damage?
We package your records very carefully! Each record is reinforced with air cushion wrap and placed in a sturdy, dedicated record mailer box to prevent damage during transit.
Q: What happens if I'm not home when the package arrives?
The delivery service in your country will usually leave a delivery notice with instructions for redelivery. Please make sure to collect your package within their specified retention period. If the package is not claimed in time, it will automatically be returned to us. If your package is returned due to non-delivery, we can reship it, but we will need to charge you for the re-delivery fee.
About Returns & Refunds
Q: What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
In the rare event that your record arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item. We will also ask you to provide photos showing the damage. After reviewing the damage, we will process your compensation through the shipping insurance.
Q: Can I return an item if it's not what I expected?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns due to customer preference (e.g., "I changed my mind" or "It wasn't what I expected"). As we sell used records, we kindly ask for your understanding regarding the unique nature of these items.
Q: Who pays for return shipping?
This depends on the reason for the return. If the return is due to our mistake, we will cover the shipping cost. If it's for customer convenience, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
Q: When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 3 business days.

Q: I'm looking for a specific record. Can I make a request?
We apologize, but due to the irregular and unstable nature of used record arrivals, we cannot fulfill specific record requests.
Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?
Unfortunately, we do not offer gift wrapping services.
Q: Do I have to pay Japanese consumption tax?
Japanese consumption tax is not applied to orders from international customers. However, you will be responsible for any taxes applied by your country.
Q: Do you offer support in languages other than English?
All communication with international customers will be handled in English.
